Integrated learning platform
We provide you with an integrated learning platform that will cater effective management of your online training and coaching. The platform comes with:-

Zero deduction of fee
We do not deduct from your hard earned training or coaching fees; however we would charge a certain percentage (10%) on top of your fee from your learners and it is reviewed on a yearly basis.
We do charge a monthly commitment fee as Management Fee for student administrative fee, maintenance of the websites and other facilities. The Management Fee is $15 per month and only be charged after a grace period of 3 months.
Flexibility of training schedule
All training or coaching schedule will be determined by the trainers and coaches themselves. A training calendar will be made available for trainers and coaches to schedule their free time to conduct their programs.
We recognize that time is of the essence for trainers and coaches, but with scheduling flexibility and a rescheduling mechanism, any unforeseen changes are accommodated.
Easy set up and support
Our learning platform requires minimum set-up effort from trainers and coaches. A complete set-up guide will be provided upon signing up. However, our team is ever ready with assistance should trainers and coaches faced with difficulties.
Our training administrators are also ever ready before or during every training or coaching session to facilitate the session alongside the trainers and coaches.

1. What is the main difference between a Training and a Coaching Program at Hashbox Academy?
At Hashbox Academy, a Training Program is a program that involve delivering a body of knowledge to the participants via certain teaching methodology with certain set of activities, such that it leads to a transfer of knowledge and competencies to the participant to execute the subject independently. A Coaching Program on the other hand is guiding the participants with actual formation and implementation of the subject that will lead to the formation of a real business.
2. What are other differences between a Training Program and Coaching Program?
For Training Program, participants will attend the session with a group of other participants whereas a Coaching Program, it is a 1-to-1 personal session with the coach selected.
3. What are the pre-requisites for a Training Program and a Coaching Program?
To attend a Training Program, there are no other requirements except passionate about the subject matter. For a Coaching Program, the participants will need to have access to a minimum capital for starting up their business or growing their existing business. However, this will be further advised by the Coach in the pre-coaching interview session.
4. It is allowed for the Trainer to convert his Group Training into a Group Coaching Program?
Yes, a Trainer is allowed to. However, this will be further advised by the Trainer in the pre-coaching interview session. Under the Coaching Program, the deliverable will be a real business outcome or enhancement to an existing business.
5. Is there any guarantee that the business will succeed under the Coaching Program?
In a real life business the result may varies and there is no guarantee of success, however, the Coach based on this extensive experience in the business will guide the participants through the business via specific action plan to be followed. As results may vary between businesses, the Coach will ensure that the objectives of the coaching session is delivered according to his Coaching Objectives and the general Terms and Conditions.
6. Will there be any refund should the business under the Coaching Program fail to take off?
We will guarantee full refund within 30 days from enrolment date should the participants feel that the program has not met its objectives laid out by the Coach. However, the participant need to show that he/she has followed and execute the action plan without fail according to the instructions and advise by the Coach.
7. Are participants allowed to switch programs?
Yes, participants are allowed to switch programs with the fees being transferred accordingly by contacting the admin personal. However, we would allowed up to 3 days after attending the first session with the program Coach as this will facilitate the Coach to plan for the subsequent sessions.
8. Are participants allowed to re-schedule program lesson?
Yes, participants are allowed to re-schedule the dates for the program lesson. However, they need to inform the Coach beforehand giving the Coach ample time to re-arrange his schedule plan.
